1. What is the ArenaCFx Referral Program?
For every new user successfully referred to ArenaCFx, the referrer will receive a commission anytime the referred user starts their contract. This means you can now invite users via your referral link and receive the commission from them. Please note that the referral commission is limited to 180 days starting from the time the invitee opens their account.
2. Can my invitee use my referral link after their ArenaCFx account has been created?
A referral link must be used when first opening an ArenaCFx account. Please make sure that you or your invitees enter the correct referral username. If they forget to use the referral link when signing up or entered the wrong referral usernsme, the commission cannot be collected.
3. How can I check my commission history?
You can check your referral commission from [Referrals] -> [Referral Activities]. The funds are credited to your account once their first contracts are made.
4. Why haven’t I received the referral commission from my invitees?
Referral commission is calculated in real-time and transferred to the respective ArenaCFx accounts instantly. You will only be able to receive referral commissions once your invitee makes a contract.
If your friend do not register their ArenaCFx account with your referral link or if you refer a friend using the wrong referral link, then you will not earn a commission from contract.
5. How can I check the details of the invitee that I referred?
To check the details of the invitee you referred, go to [Referrals] -> [Referral Activities].
6. Can I change my referrer?
No, once the referral relationship has been established it cannot be changed.
7. When will I receive the referral commission and what’s the settlement crypto/token?
All referral commissions are calculated in real-time and transferred to the respective ArenaCFx accounts instantly.
The settlement assets of referral commissions can be any of the supported cryptocurrencies and tokens on ArenaCFx. An option to choose which cryptocurrency or token dashboard where you want your referral commission transferred is made available during withdrawal of the referral commission.
8. Where can I find my referral link?
On the ArenaCFx website, log in to your account and click [Profile icon] - [Referrals].
Alternatively, log in to your ArenaCFx account, select and open any of the cryptocurrency dashboards and tap [Referrals] on the dashboard page.
9. What is the minimum withdraw-able amount on the referral bonus?
The minimum withdraw-able amount on referral bonus is $30.
10. Are there any fees attached to the referral bonus withdrawal?
No, there is absolutely no fee attached to withdrawals of referral bonuses.
